About Me / My Journey

My Name is Natalie Edwards.

I am a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer,

a Certified NASM Nutrition Coach and a Certified USAT Coach.

I own and operate Strength From Within, CT.

My journey to becoming an Ironman athlete and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant didn’t start in a gym or a clinic. It began in a very different place—one marked by unhealthy habits, excess weight, and a lifestyle that left me feeling anything but strong.

After moving to Connecticut, I found fitness—and it changed everything. What started as a personal journey quickly became a passion and a purpose.

Through consistency, support, and a commitment to change, I rebuilt my health, my mindset, and my approach to training. That transformation is what shaped Strength From Within and the way I coach today.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer, and endurance athlete, I combine clinical knowledge with real-world experience to help clients build strength, improve movement, and create lasting results—not quick fixes.

I work with individuals of all levels—whether you’re just getting started, returning from injury, or working toward new performance goals.

My goal is simple: help you build strength, move better, and feel confident in your body—because real strength doesn’t just come from what you do in the gym, it comes from within.
