Semi-Private Work Out Sessions
Semi-private sessions: personalized training for 2–3 people. Each workout is tailored to individual goals, abilities, and limitations while you share expert coaching and accountability. Enjoy more attention than a group class, greater cost-efficiency than one-on-one sessions, and flexible progress plans that keep every participant moving safely and effectively. Ideal for partners, friends, or athletes seeking focused results at a lower price.
Athletic Performance Training
Athletic performance training is a targeted, systematic program that develops strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and sport-specific skills to maximize an athlete’s competitive potential. It combines evidence-based strength and conditioning, movement screening, mobility and injury-prevention
Movement Analysis
Movement analysis examines how people move to identify patterns, strengths, and dysfunctions. It uses observation, video, motion capture, and force measurements to assess joint angles, timing, muscle activation, balance, and gait. We apply findings to diagnose injuries, optimize performance, guide rehabilitation, and design targeted interventions to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and restore function.
